I have dealt with Chloe mostly and she has been amazing and supportive over many years I recently had to seek a new rental due to landlord wanting to place a family member. As soon as I found the right property the new team I started to deal with were amazing and efficient! They understand my needs and being a senior citizen lol they have extra understanding when I became flustered. You gave advice to stage the property ( Picture This Properties )for the best results, which came up great. You gave me details about Campaign Agent who will fund the works, staging and marketing costs until the sale settles. From the first open inspection which was on a Saturday, you rang me on the next day Sunday advising that there was a potential buyer at $640,000. You kept us up to date on a regular basis and you worked closely with us and great knowledge.
