I have been renting through WESTWOOD FIRST NATIONAL for a while now . Although most of my interactions are with Annette Hill ,I have found that EVERY staff member that I've had contact with have always been EXTREMELY professional, always polite and courteous with a smile on their face. I've been a renter /tenant for years, but I know when the time comes I'll definitely be using WESTWOOD FIRST NATIONAL'S expertise. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these agents to anyone. We are very satisfied with the service and advice Rob and his team provided, and at a competitive price. From the first meeting in the Westwood Office, to a follow up meeting with my wife at our property for sale, he instilled confidence and support with his enthusiasm, giving us very positive feedback on the value of our property and the potential for investors. Having dealt with another agent for the sale of the same property, it was like day and night in comparison. With Westwoods we had offers the very first week. The hard work and dedication was quite obvious as part of a very comprehensive service to obtain our targetted sale price. With constant feedback and information sharing, we felt part of the process and were not pressured in to making a premature decision. Eugene is an expert in property sales. My husband, Ric, and I always go back to him and I refer to Eugene and Rob Westwood as 'The Westwood Boys at First National'. Nothing is too much trouble -he is honest and open about how the market sits and how your property fits into that and achieves the best possible price. He keeps in touch even if it means a phone call to update you at 8pm at night! Best of all, he is a local lad with in depth knowledge of the City of Wyndham. We highly recommend Eugene as not only is he one of the best at his 'game' but he's also really nice too!

Our house sold in around 2 weeks with a price we were happy with. Darren always kept us up to date and always considered our opinion. Of the five agents we interviewed this agent was the most realistic with the current local market conditions. We highly recommend.

Best agent in town!
Rob made my experience selling my first house a breeze. He was easy to talk to and let me know what was happening every step of the way. I can’t thank rob enough for getting my house sold nice and quick with a short settlement and getting a better price then what I planned on getting. Would highly recommend to anyone that is thinking about selling but hasn’t chosen a agent yet.
