As a long term tenant, Amanda has been my property manager through 2 different landlords and she has always been professional and prompt in all our dealings. Having recently moved out of my rental, Amanda made that transition easy and even offered to find me a new property. As a landlord myself, I would highly recommend her services as a property manager for two reasons; Amanda is flexible and uses common sense on different rental issues to resolve any issues. Over the years we have rented through a few different agents. This is my first time with First National. We enquired about a property, Shenay was the agent. She was fantastic, she kept in touch regarding the property, she arranged a viewing at a time that suited us, allowed us the time to do a thorough inspection and was very efficient and helpful through the application process. We saw a house that was the perfect location and size for our family, went to inspect the property and we were met with Shenay Caglar's amazing welcoming attitude. Shenay was super informative and really went out of her way to assist getting this property for us. This sort of work ethic is an example to many. Positive, informative, great communication and willing to do that extra yards to secure the property for us. I can only wish this wonder woman success. We met the staff at First National Westwood to do some paperwork for the property, and wow, what a great bunch of staff, from reception to management they were all so nice, positive and welcoming, made us feel like family more then client's. Seriously great bunch. Bless you all and wish you guys the best. The approach I witnessed, I can only see success for First National Westwood. This real estate company is the absolute best out there!!!!! We first met Shenay Cagler from this amazing company as we contacted her about a rental property that we LOVED the look of but we were on a very strict timeline as we had already been accepted for another property but loved this specific property more and Shenay went above and beyond to set up a viewing for us within 24hrs of our first initial contact with her and then she fast tracked our application and got it through immediately!!! Which is where we met our lovely property manager Amanda Colley who has been nothing short of amazing and made our move an absolute breeze and always is so nice and responds to any of my emails/phone calls immediately!!! Both of these ladies are so kind, caring, professional, approachable, fast responding and just over all amazing real estate agents!!! I'm so happy that we are renting through such an amazing company! Andrew gave us honest feedback and recommended a sale price that was achievable. He did not overprice, set an unattainable range and brought the right people through the property that had a need for all it had to offer. Property sold in 4 weeks. About to list another property with him as we have so much faith in him and we know he does the right thing by vendor and purchaser. Would not hesitate to recommend.
