Darren handled the sale of my parent's unit after they moved into a nursing home. He gave very practical advice regarding works required before the sales campaign commenced. The indicative pricing he provided for the value of unit was 'spot on'. He was very responsive to all queries. I would wholeheartedly recommend Darren to other prospective sellers.

Darren's knowledge of the market was great and assisted greatly with the photographs and house presentation during open day. He kept us informed after each negotiation. He was friendly and we felt he was working for us - the vendor. Selling a house at times can be daunting how-ever with Darren we never felt overwhelmed with the process. He is an asset to First National and the Westwood Werribee office and we would highly recommend him to any person selling a house.

Shenay Cagler is super professional. Her opening at inspections are informative, professional and friendly. She knew the properties I inspected and what would suit my circumstances and lifestyle. She took little things into consideration when exchanging communication regarding properties. She definitely went above and beyond assisting me to find a rental property. This real estate company is the absolute best out there!!!!! We first met Shenay Cagler from this amazing company as we contacted her about a rental property that we LOVED the look of but we were on a very strict timeline as we had already been accepted for another property but loved this specific property more and Shenay went above and beyond to set up a viewing for us within 24hrs of our first initial contact with her and then she fast tracked our application and got it through immediately!!! Which is where we met our lovely property manager Amanda Colley who has been nothing short of amazing and made our move an absolute breeze and always is so nice and responds to any of my emails/phone calls immediately!!! Both of these ladies are so kind, caring, professional, approachable, fast responding and just over all amazing real estate agents!!! I'm so happy that we are renting through such an amazing company! Andrew Cruickshank from First National did a great job in selling my unit. He made it so easy. He kept me informed, was honest in his feedback about potential buyers and offered common-sense advice. He was very active in promoting my unit, he had 6 inspections lined up within 24hrs of putting it on the market! It sold within a couple of days. I highly recommend Andrew if you are looking for someone that takes a genuine interest in what you are selling and getting the best for you as a seller.

The team at First National Westwood have done a great job liaising between trades people and ourselves when work had to be done on our rental. They have done a great job dealing with a difficult tenant and did everything in their powers to sort the issues professionally and with the best outcome for us the landlord.
